The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.

Our spacious 1,2, 3 – and 4-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. Each unit has its own laundry connections. Children can play in our playground and well-maintained grounds.
